AIS 2020 FIU ATOM SCHOLASTIC
DATA ANALYTICS CHALLENGE

Cleaned a dataset of 2M rows of data using SQL and used Tableau to create a sales performance report, highlighting trends and demographics among prices, book titles, and genres.

Built a PowerPoint presentation to present the case study to 8 business executives and a crowd of 30+ professors and students.

Awarded 1st Place in the competition.

BLOCKCHAIN HACKATHON CHALLENGE

Awarded 2nd place in the competition.

Built a Blockchain solution, alongside two Ph.D. and Master students, to help a cooperative of 24 farms allocate and register their livestock and allow customers to access the supply chain process from pasture to table.

Analyzed the farms' workflow processes and livestock characteristics to record the most relevant information in the Blockchain.

Designed a user interface (UI) flow diagram to provide farmers with a user-friendly tool to register and track their livestock in the Blockchain.

AIS 2019 FIU ATOM AmerisourceBergen
DATA ANALYTICS CHALLENGE
-
Analyzed a database provided by a company called AmerisourceBergen, to find information about the leakage of drugs presented in the company’s supply chain structure.
-
Cleaned the database in Excel and selected the most relevant categories to develop a strategy to find the leakage of drugs.
-
Located the leakage of drugs in the database and provided graphics, using Tableau, with the top 45 drugs and top 10 buying groups presenting the highest leakage.

Reached Top 6 cases in school and presented it in front of judges from different companies.
